Returns and Exchanges for Ready-Made Items

Eligibility:
Returns and exchanges are only applicable to ready-made items.

Time Frame:
You may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of receipt.

Condition:
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Custom-Made Furniture

Non-Returnable:
All custom-made furniture items cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.

Customization:
Due to the personalized nature of custom furniture, these items are crafted specifically for your needs and specifications.

Notes

Inspection:
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the items do not meet the return criteria, they will be sent back to you.

Refunds:
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the transaction to reflect in your account.
